Privacy Policy

OPC-AI (https://opc-ai.pro) is an AI-assisted coaching platform that helps you map your Experience Capital, build a personalized business roadmap, and receive weekly coaching. For privacy questions, contact us at opc-help@proton.me.

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, display name, year of birth (if provided), and authentication credentials or OAuth profile details when you sign in with Google.

Coaching and profile data. We store your onboarding interview responses, generated Capital Profile, business model selections, 12-week roadmap, weekly coaching sessions, tasks, and related progress data you create in the product.

Subscription and billing. Subscription status, trial dates, and plan information are stored in our systems. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Technical data. We may collect standard log and device information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security, diagnostics, and service reliability.

Communications. If you contact support or receive transactional emails (welcome messages, trial reminders, billing notices), we process the information needed to deliver those messages.

We use your information to:

• create and secure your account;
• provide AI-generated interviews, profiles, roadmaps, and coaching;
• manage subscriptions, trials, and billing status;
• send service-related emails you have requested or that relate to your account;
• improve reliability, prevent abuse, and protect the platform.

Interview and coaching content may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing for this purpose.

We rely on trusted processors to operate OPC-AI, including:

• Supabase (authentication and database hosting);
• Vercel (application hosting);
• PayPal (subscription payments);
• Resend (transactional email delivery);
• AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI or other configured providers) to power coaching features.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies, and only as needed to deliver the service.

Trial reminder emails are sent when enabled in your account settings. You may turn off trial notifications in Settings. Essential account and billing communications may still be sent where required to operate your subscription.

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion by contacting opc-help@proton.me.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email opc-help@proton.me. We will respond as required by applicable law.

OPC-AI is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
