Privacy Policy

OPC-AI (https://opc-ai.pro) is an AI Business Partner that helps you discover Experience Capital, choose a business path, follow a personalized 12-week roadmap, and use weekly AI coaching for execution. For privacy questions, contact us at opc-help@proton.me.

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, display name, year of birth (if provided), avatar (if provided), and authentication credentials or OAuth profile details when you sign in with Google.

Product data. We store your onboarding interview messages, generated Capital Profile, business path recommendations and selections, 12-week roadmap content, weekly coaching sessions, tasks, and related progress data you create in the product. During a trial, in-product access to roadmap and coaching content may be limited to weeks 1–4; locked weeks are not shown in the interface.

Subscription and billing. Subscription status, trial dates, PayPal subscription identifiers, and billing period information are stored in our systems. Payments are handled by PayPal; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Technical data. We may collect standard log and device information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security, rate limiting, diagnostics, and service reliability.

Communications. If you contact support or receive transactional emails (welcome messages, trial reminders, billing notices), we process the information needed to deliver those messages.

In-browser help chats. Short Quick Help widget conversations are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not stored on our servers.

We use your information to:

• create and secure your account;
• provide AI-assisted interviews, Capital Profiles, business path proposals, roadmaps, coaching, and related product features;
• manage subscriptions, trials, access limits, and billing status;
• send service-related emails you have requested or that relate to your account;
• improve reliability, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and protect the platform.

To generate responses, relevant interview, profile, roadmap, and coaching content may be sent to third-party AI providers configured for the Service (for example OpenAI, or another provider we enable in production). Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing for this purpose. AI providers may retain API logs according to their own policies.

To deliver OPC-AI, some information is processed by trusted service providers that help us with hosting, databases, authentication, payments (PayPal), email delivery, and AI-powered features. These providers act on our instructions, use data only as needed to provide their services, and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We choose providers carefully and do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

Trial reminder and weekly notification emails are sent when enabled in your account settings. You may turn these preferences off in Settings. Essential account and billing communications may still be sent where required to operate your subscription.

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account and associated product data at any time from Settings → Privacy & your data, or by contacting opc-help@proton.me. Account deletion also attempts to cancel an active PayPal subscription when one is linked.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy & your data. Data exports include account, interview, profile, billing metadata, and product records available to your subscription access level (for example, trial users may not receive locked later-week roadmap content in the export). Quick Help widget chats stored only in your browser are not included in server exports. You may also email opc-help@proton.me. We will respond as required by applicable law.

OPC-AI is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
