Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OPC-AI at https://opc-ai.pro (the “Service”), operated by theOPC-AI team. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OPC-AI provides AI-assisted coaching tools, including an onboarding interview, Experience Capital profile, business model guidance, a personalized 12-week roadmap, weekly AI coaching sessions, and progress tracking. Features may change as we improve the product.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access at opc-help@proton.me.

You may register with email and password or Google sign-in. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

Access to paid features requires an active subscription processed through PayPal. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial where offered; after the trial, the plan renews at $20 USD per month unless canceled before the trial ends.

Returning subscribers who have previously held a subscription may be offered a monthly plan without a trial, as shown at checkout. Prices and trial eligibility are displayed before you confirm payment.

You authorize recurring charges through PayPal until you cancel from the Billing section of your account or through PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

During an active trial, coaching access may be limited to early roadmap weeks as described in the product. Full roadmap and coaching access requires an active paid subscription.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform;
• submit content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as guaranteed fact or professional advice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Coaching responses, roadmaps, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

OPC-AI does not guarantee revenue, employment, business results, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, decisions, and market conditions.

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending relevant portions to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Supabase, PayPal, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPC-AI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through Billing. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OPC-AIregarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
