Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OPC-AI at https://opc-ai.pro (the “Service”), operated by the OPC-AI team. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OPC-AI is an AI Business Partner that helps you discover Experience Capital and turn it into a structured online-business plan. The Service may include a guided onboarding interview, a Capital Profile, business path recommendations (including early proposals only when you clearly request them and enough information is available), selection of a business path, a personalized 12-week roadmap with weekly tasks, weekly AI coaching tied to your current week, progress tracking, and the ability to revise remaining roadmap weeks when you choose to. Features may change as we improve the product.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional counsel.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access at opc-help@proton.me.

You may register with email and password or Google sign-in. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

Access to core product features requires an active subscription processed through PayPal. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial where offered; after the trial, the plan renews at $20 USD per month unless canceled before the next billing date.

Returning subscribers who have previously held a subscription may be offered a monthly plan without a trial, as shown at checkout. Prices and trial eligibility are displayed before you confirm payment.

You authorize recurring charges through PayPal until you cancel from the Billing section of your account or through PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. OPC-AI does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

During an active trial, roadmap and coaching access is limited to weeks 1–4. Weeks 5–12 remain locked until you have an active paid subscription (or other access status that unlocks the full plan in the product). Locked week content is not shown in the product interface for trial users.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform;
• submit content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive;
• misuse AI features for off-topic abuse, spam, or attempts to extract hidden or locked product content;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as guaranteed fact, professional advice, or a promise of revenue or results.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Interview replies, Capital Profiles, business path proposals, roadmaps, coaching responses, and related recommendations are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

OPC-AI does not guarantee revenue, clients, employment, business results, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, decisions, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

We own the Service, including its software, design, prompts, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending relevant portions to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates with third parties such as hosting and database providers, authentication services, PayPal for billing, email delivery, and AI providers used to generate product features. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPC-AI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through Billing. You may also delete your account from Settings, which removes associated product data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OPC-AI regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
